BoatCraft Marine is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Service departments and help keep the dealership running smoothly.

This position serves as a central point of coordination for customers, boat inventory, warranty claims, sales documentation, service administration, and general dealership operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly and professional with customers, highly organized behind the scenes, comfortable working with computers and paperwork, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

** Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service departments
  • Stock in new, used, and consignment boats and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintain accurate boat, customer, sales, and service documentation
  • Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on manufacturer warranty claims
  • Communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty documentation, approvals, and claim status
  • Assist with sales paperwork and delivery documentation
  • Assist Service with customer communication, documentation, and administrative needs
  • Maintain accurate information within dealership and manufacturer software systems
  • Help coordinate information between Sales, Service, Parts, management, vendors, and customers
  • Organize and maintain dealership records and files
  • Assist with additional office and operational responsibilities as needed

  • Previous administrative, dealership, automotive, marine, inventory, or warranty experience is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
