On our Team, everyone plays a critical role, even those who love working behind the scenes. We are seeking to hire an energetic, hands-on Retail Production Crew Member to work in our fast pace environment.
In this role, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the retail operation by receiving, handling, and processing the store's inventory and merchandise. Duties will include evaluating, sorting and selecting children's products to include children's clothes, toys, equipment, and accessories. You will also be responsible for tagging, stocking, and moving inventory to the stockroom. Other duties include cleaning and maintaining the sales floor to positively impact the customer experience.

Job Requirements and Areas of Responsibilities:
- Must be knowledgeable about children's brands and products to include toys, strollers, cribs, play yards, toys, and other equipment.
- Responsible for evaluating and selecting quality gently-used children's products.
- Tag all inventory received during the shift and transfer excess inventory to the stock room
- Assist with stocking the sales floor to ensure racks are full at all times with the appropriate product. Duties will include floor recovery when not sorting or tagging.
- Accurately document new and used inventories, utilizing inventory tools. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency so that customer orders are completed by the end of the shift.
- Maintain store and adhere to store housekeeping procedures and maintenance standards.
- Must be able to work in a high pace environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
