Job description

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers to create a positive and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs
  • Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards
  • Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
  • Assist with general store operations and complete tasks as assigned to support the team
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, and repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
  • Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
