Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing timely and professional support.

Order & Documentation Administration: Prepare, manage, and follow up on customer documentation, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and credit notes.

Order Processing & Sample Coordination: Coordinate customer orders, returns, exchanges, and sample shipments while maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.

Accounts Receivable & Consignment Management: Monitor accounts receivable activities, support collection efforts, and manage monthly consignment stock coordination and invoicing.

Complaint Resolution & Cross-Functional Coordination: Track and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain sales data and company systems, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and support sales activities in partnership with account managers and sales leadership.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
