The Ideal Candidate

The Project Manager โ€“ Client Partnerships is a key contributor within the Account Management organization, responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional, client-facing projects that improve internal processes and elevate the client experience. This role supports high-impact initiatives across implementation, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and platform readiness.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will work closely with Account Management, Engineering, Product, and external client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring structure, follow-through, and project leadership that balances flexibility with accountability. Theyโ€™ll thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Project Management

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinate client implementations from contract award or renewal through successful delivery

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Partner with Account Management to gather requirements and define project scope based on client needs and contract terms

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build and maintain project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, and Client stakeholders

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead regular check-ins, track open items, and escalate issues or delays as needed

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure alignment of timelines, risks, responsibilities, and communication protocols

Operational Support for Client Delivery

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist Account Managers in monitoring service performance and maintaining accountability to client expectations

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Track and reconcile development hours used against contracted scopes

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor SLA adherence across teams and flag concerns when thresholds are at risk

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support reporting or audit documentation related to client performance obligations

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Update and maintain client-facing documentation, including incident reports, contract deliverables, and project-specific summaries to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery

Client & Cross-Functional Project Support

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Manage or support internal and client-facing projects that donโ€™t have a clear functional owner

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bring structure and consistency to ad hoc initiatives such as platform transitions, process pilots, or special projects

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables, identify dependencies, and keep work moving forward

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain clear documentation, status tracking, and visibility for all involved parties

Client-Facing Communication

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Translate technical release notes into client-facing summaries that are accurate and understandable

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Draft, format, and coordinate the delivery of release communications and updates

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure communication cadence is aligned with client needs and expectations

Qualifications

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  3-5 years of project coordination or program management experience, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or client services

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical teams

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent communicator, fast follow-up style, and naturally organized

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Emotionally intelligent, curious, and able to manage ambiguity

Desired Education and Experience

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Communications, or related field

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  PMP, CAPM, or other formal project management certification

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS365, or similar tooling

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience in a remote or distributed team environment
