RN - ER | 12hr Nights | 36 hrs/week | Cerner | 13 weeks | 2+ yrs ED exp | ACLS, BLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC | Level 4 Trauma | Ratios 1:4 (ICU pts 1:1–2) | 24 beds | 80–110 pts/day | Must do triage & conscious sedation | RN reads tele strips | Mixed ED holds | RT support (vents/BiPAP/ABG) | Tech ratio 1:10–12 + paramedic support | Every other weekend + holidays | 2 on-call shifts/28 days | Float East/West ED | No self-scheduling (block ≤4 shifts) | Fast-paced, high-volume ED
