  • Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets

  • Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports

  • Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use

  • Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
