Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker position focuses on providing quality mental health care to clients across Florida through virtual sessions. Day to day, you will conduct therapy appointments, guide clients through care plans, document progress, and help people build healthier coping skills. The work is clinical, relationship-based, and organized around giving clients reliable access to care without requiring in-person visits.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled teletherapy sessions with adults, families, or assigned client populations
  • Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical, social, and behavioral history
  • Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client presentation and goals
  • Create and update treatment plans with clear clinical direction
  • Document session notes, risk concerns, interventions, and progress in the EHR
  • Provide crisis screening and safety planning when clinically needed
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote care environment
  • Collaborate with internal staff for referrals, scheduling needs, or continuity of care
  • Keep licensure, documentation, and compliance requirements current

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Florida LCSW license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
