About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Clinician to join our remote team serving clients in the LA area (Downey, Long Beach, and surrounding communities). This part‑time role offers competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling (day and evening), remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

As a Licensed Clinician, you will make clinical recommendations, implement and review treatment plans, conduct assessments, write progress and discharge summaries, and deliver psychotherapy—all aligned with Clarvida’s trauma‑informed, person‑centered care model.
This role is connected to our Kaiser program and there are specific requirements needed if you are presented a offer see below. 
Once hired through Clarvida, Candidate will also need to be credentialed through Kaiser; 
Credentialing Process Overview
Each practitioner applicant will receive his/her own online credentialing application information and password via email within 5 business days. As each completed application is received, the credentialing verification process will be initiated.  Please note the following important information:
1.    All applications must be submitted electronically.
2.    A background check is required. Return time may vary depending of county turnaround time. 
3.    The credentialing application requires three clinical references in accordance to the application criteria.  References must have knowledge of the applicant’s clinical competency within the last two years (24 months).
Each applicant will be notified once the Credentialing Committee reviews
Responsibilities 
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create/update treatment plans 
  • Provide individual psychotherapy and monitor progress via progress notes 
  • Complete discharge summaries and other required documentation 
  • Review cases and clinical outcomes to ensure treatment efficacy 
  • Collaborate with care teams and community mental health resources 
Required Qualifications 
  • Licensed in California as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (must meet Board of Behavioral Sciences standards) (can be licensed 1yr or more)
  • Experience applying psychological theories in practice 
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain clinical records accurately 
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred 
  • Must reside in California, with ability to serve clients in LA County 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience working remotely or providing teletherapy 
  • Evening schedule availability 
  • Previous part‑time clinical work in behavioral health setting

  • Salary: $60.00‑$62.00 per hour / Remote
