MOBILE FLEET TECHNICIAN -- PART-TIME ON-CALL Phoenix, AZ -- On-Site + Mobile ⏱ Part-Time On-Call | 3 Days/Week $24-26/hour DOE + monthly bonuses ABOUT DESERT DRIVES LLC Desert Drives LLC is a Latina-owned weekly vehicle rental serving gig economy drivers -- DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Lyft, and more. No credit check. Unlimited miles. Maintenance included.

We are building a fleet of vehicles near Sky Harbor Airport and need reliable, self-motivated people to help keep it running. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Complete oil changes on fleet vehicles before 5,000 miles. GPS alerts you at 4,500 miles. - Assist with 28-day vehicle inspections alongside our lead mechanic. Run vehicles to and from our shops or service locations as needed. - Assist with vehicle recovery when called -- get the key back and earn a bonus. - Top off fluids, swap batteries, and handle basic maintenance between rentals. - Log every service in ConnecTeam immediately -- takes 2 minutes WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Basic automotive knowledge on oil changes, fluid services, battery swaps. - Valid Arizona drivers license with clean record. - Reliable and available for your scheduled days, the fleet depends on this. - Comfortable with a flexible role where no two days are identical. PAY AND PERKS Base pay: $22.50/hour + monthly bonuses Bonuses: - $0.25/mile mileage reimbursement when running vehicles or doing mobile work. - $50 bonus when every vehicle is serviced on time all month. - $50 bonus when every 28-day inspection is completed on time. - $25 bonus every time you help recover a vehicle and get the key back.
