Responsibilities
Design enterprise Amazon Connect solutions
Architect IVR, routing, queues, call flows
Integrate Amazon Connect with Lambda, Lex, Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRMs and APIs
Design omnichannel solutions (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS)
Create HLDs and LLDs
