Job Description:
Conifer Medical Center AND Evergreen Family Medicine is looking for a part-time AND full-time Triage RN/LPN/MA to work in a busy family medicine office two to four days a week while also being able to fill in for vacations as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • The job consists of phone triage (assess the severity of symptoms).
  • Assessing walk-in patients/ Triaging phone calls.
  • Documenting appropriately in EMR (e-Clinical Works).
  • Giving test results.
  • Retrieving medical records.
  • Refilling prescriptions.
  • Diagnostic test scheduling.
  • Form completion, etc.
  • May include help in the Care Management Department.

Qualifications:
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Experience of 2 years preferred but willing to train.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
