Job description

The Firmwide Financial Analysis team is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of line of business segment results for both actuals and forecast. The Financial Analysis team supports multiple data products used by key stakeholders such as Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Controllers and Business Management.

As an Analytics Solutions Analyst in the Firmwide Financial Analysis team, you will play a key role in release and event management support for the firmwide planning and analysis data products and end users, with a primary focus on planning, coordinating, communicating, and documenting release/event activity across multiple technology teams and Product Owners. The role serves as a central point to unify release and event execution across all lines of business, supporting the ecosystems for the multiple finance applications. Partner globally to coordinate well-governed deployments, clear stakeholder communications, and disciplined control evidence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own release execution for pre-production and production deployments across F3, AWS products, and Anaplan, including release cadence/scheduling and coordination of ad hoc Anaplan releases.
  • Define and maintain release/event governance by documenting processes, standards, documentation, metrics and tools that support the end-to-end lifecycle of release requests.
  • Coordinate release scope and dependencies by partnering with Technology teams and Product Owners to identify impacted components, resolve scheduling conflicts, and drive deployment readiness.
  • Manage escalations and risk mitigation by coordinating approvals, raising issues, and engaging senior management as needed to enable timely decisions.
  • Lead stakeholder communications for releases/events, serving as a single point of communication and maintaining a monthly calendar of releases, events, and publishing dates.
  • Triage end-user issues by translating user-reported problems into clear action items for Technology partners and Product Owners to support troubleshooting, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Coordinate testing and control evidence by aligning day-of smoke testing resources and maintaining Confluence/tracking mechanisms to evidence sign-offs and manage RAID items.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or related field.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow tracking, documentation, and coordination.
  • High attention to detail and comfortable working in configuration-based / low-code environments (e.g., release tagging, UI/config changes).
  • Experience using data analysis to support operational decision-making, with a strong interest in technology.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills; ability to build partnerships, multitask, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting polished updates for broad stakeholder distribution (large user populations).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible; demonstrates ownership and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability to rapidly evolving platforms and deployments (including AWS-based environments).
  • Experience in release management, change/risk management, financial reporting, analytics/dashboarding, Firmwide P&A/forecasting, and/or Agile delivery
