We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our Morton, United States location (11 E. Jackson St.). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our store operations while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both employees and customers. This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, make a meaningful impact on daily operations, and contribute to our organization's growth and success.

  • Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback and support for their professional development
  • Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a customer-focused approach
  • Handle cash management, including processing transactions, reconciling registers, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Answer phones, take orders, and manage customer communications in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by overseeing cleaning duties and operational standards
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed
