Description of Duties: 

  • Serves as business analyst for medium to extra-large projects, programs or areas of effort with moderate to high complexity.  
  • Leads and/or participates in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements.  
  • Creates a client-centric focus that nurtures a culture of providing an outstanding experience for our customers. 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering business solutions. 
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks. 
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations. 
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress. 
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on best practices. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies 
  • Ability to strategize, recommend and implement solutions to complex business problems. 
  • Able to understand and consider risks, benefits, and implications of business process changes.  
  • Responsible for analyzing specific business processes and producing detailed documentation.  
  • Responsible for ensuring the scope of analysis fits within overall project scope and definitions.  
  • Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business needs.  
  • Accountable for reviewing and finalizing extensive functional and technical documentation.  
  • Able to elicit and translate high-level business needs into specific and concise processes.  
  • Capable of revising and recommending new and existing project requirements and process improvements.  
  • Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project milestones.  
  • Prepares and presents training content to client as needed.  
  • Creation of project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, user stories, test scripts and work product validation.  
  • Works with Sales to procure new opportunities for existing clients.  
  • Presents completed configuration/development to client for feedback and approval (sprint reviews, etc.).  
  • Provide mentorship to fellow business analysts and project team members regarding delivery  
  • methodology, requirements elicitation and tracking, and people skills.  
  • Collects and crafts feedback regarding project team members.  
  • Contributes to improvement initiatives and growth of our business analysis practices and delivery team.  

  • 7+ Years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery or software maintenance / support 
  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations. 
  • Experience working in SDLC, testing and validating solutions, and working as a Business Analyst. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project and SharePoint preferred. 
  • Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables. 
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze. 
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills. 
  • Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization. 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent job-related experience required.
