Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist – Employee Relations to support employees and managers with employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and HR policies.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, with strong Employee Relations experience.
  • Hands-on experience conducting workplace investigations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

Preferred

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location workforce.
  • Experience in Utility, Energy, Manufacturing, or regulated industries.
