As a Conflict Resolution Facilitator, one common challenge is managing strong emotions and ensuring that all parties feel heard and respected throughout the mediation process. Additionally, finding mutually agreeable solutions often requires patience, creativity, and clear communication. Navigating these challenges is essential to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
