Job description

Amyx is seeking to hire a Configuration Manager for our Defense client at Scott AFB in O'Fallon, IL. 


  • Configuration Management baselines & repositories: support maintenance/monitoring/reporting on CM baselines; maintain CM libraries; maintain CM databases; validate source code and executables in CM repositories.
  • Configuration Management audits & reviews: perform CM audits; lead document reviews using approved CM processes/tools; coordinate reviews for vendor deliverables; track status.
  • Access coordination: support access to baselines for O&M organizations; monitor development contractors’ CM activities
  • Maintains CM baselines and repositories.
  • Conducts CM audits and document reviews.
  • Tracks configuration changes and approvals.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Required:

  • Secret Clearance.
  • DoD 8140/DCWF qualification + relevant CE certification required

Desired:

  • Experience applying CM discipline across both documentation and code/config artifacts.
  • Familiarity with change control and baseline governance in a DoD program environment.
  • Experience supporting DoD.
  • CMPIC (CMII), ITIL Foundation (process control), tool-specific admin credentials desired
