This contract is intended to convert to a direct hire position.

We’re seeking a Technology Configuration Technician in Indianapolis IN. In this role, you will configure printing systems to customer requirements for large enterprise DCC customers using a set of very detailed computed-based work instructions. You will work in the warehouse environment and are expected to be comfortable with all functions of warehouse operations. When all work orders are completed, you will work in other areas of warehouse operations.

Technology Configuration Technician Requirements:

Basic understanding of principles associated with:

• Network communications and protocols

• Basic understanding of core computer software sets and its role

• Basic understanding of computer hardware components

• Safe handling of hardware

• Operating system tools for troubleshooting

• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing technical problems
