Job description

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to join our team! The Configuration Management Analyst ensures accurate, consistent control of product configurations and documentation throughout the product lifecycle. This role manages change processes, maintains configuration data, and supports cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and product integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain configuration management processes and tools.
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO).
  • Ensure accuracy of BOMs, drawings, and documentation.
  • Maintain configuration baselines and revision histories.
  • Support configuration audits and compliance activities.
  • Provide CM reporting and support continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years experience with CM practices and PLM/ERP systems.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and document control.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or CMII is a plus.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $65,000 - $68,000.
