  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of new group insurance contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Analyze final quotations and configure systems to meet client requirements
  • Set up new groups and implement changes to existing plans
  • Analyze and validate data upload files while ensuring data integrity
  • Manage requests received through the team's shared mailbox by conducting research, providing follow-ups, resolving issues, or escalating matters as required
  • Participate in special projects and perform various administrative tasks that contribute to the team's overall success

What will help you succeed in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excels at prioritizing work and managing multiple files simultaneously
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy in both administrative and technical tasks
  • Is known for strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • Holds a college diploma and has 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Has intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Has experience in a technical environment or in group insurance, which would be a significant asset
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the team operates nationally across Canada. The successful candidate will be required to participate in team meetings, collaborate with English-speaking colleagues, review documentation, and handle requests in English on a regular basis
  • Has a good command of French, both spoken and written, as the successful candidate will collaborate with French-speaking colleagues and support clients across Quebec
