Core Technical Responsibilities: Platform Administration: Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform. User and Role Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.

Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management . CMDB Management: Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools. Customization and Configuration: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.

Integration Support: Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APls and web services.
