Join our dynamic team where you play a crucial role in supporting sales, coordinating projects, and analyzing data to deliver impactful solutions.

As aCross Currency Solutions Product Solutions Associate, you are responsible for supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the discovery of potential solutions to clients’ needs in collaboration with our Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams. You will help accelerate growth by partnering with payments sales managers, corporate banking partners, payments product teams, and FX partners. You will support prospecting new clients that do not currently use cross‑currency solutions and identify business development opportunities within the existing payments portfolio.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to make a meaningful impact and drive success in an iconic organization. Foreign exchange (FX) and global payments are critical to enabling international growth for our payments business, and this role focuses across multiple industry sectors, including non‑bank financial institutions.

Job responsibilities
  • Become fluent in Transactional FX Solutions to support career evolution
  • Participate in portfolio reviews with banking and payments stakeholders and measure progress against identified opportunities
  • Coordinate client presentations and pre‑sales activities with payments sales, corporate banking partners, and FX sales to support proactive, targeted client engagement
  • Develop and deliver client‑relevant solution presentations that address specific needs and use cases
  • Leverage data analytical tools to support business growth
  • Support team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide value
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and coordinate on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilities
  • Coordinate with the team to understand and assess current state, data capabilities, and the delivery of strategic solutions
  • Aggregate the data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem‑solving skills on a team within a cluster of products
  • Experience aggregating data to support analysis and report building
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of transaction banking, foreign exchange, and cross‑border payments.
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable workflows and basic fx understanding
  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners across sales, product management, client service, and banking partners
