We operate a modern 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility equipped with advanced technology and rehabilitation resources. Our practice primarily caters to patients with orthopedic issues, focusing on promoting health, preventing injuries, and facilitating recovery. Our rehabilitation center is an onsite facility where you will work alongside a team of two skilled physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The center is designed to foster a supportive and innovative atmosphere, promoting teamwork and professional growth. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance while providing premium care for our patients.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' goals and needs, formulating personalized rehabilitation plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each individual.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring timely and effective treatment sessions that maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques that focus on improving patients' mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and overall functional capacity.
• Facilitate wellness-oriented programs that cater to the specific needs of each patient, enhancing their recovery journey through exercise and preventative care.
• Document all patient care services meticulously, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT to streamline patient management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, necessary interventions, and appropriate referral processes when needed.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment to help them achieve their fullest potential and adhere to their rehabilitation goals.

Our primary focus is on patients undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries. We primarily accept private medical insurance, ensuring our services are accessible to a wide range of individuals seeking effective therapy solutions. • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions or board actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient management and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing success in managing diverse patient cases and achieving favorable treatment outcomes. Candidates with advanced training in specialty areas such as sports therapy or post-surgical recovery will be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill set.
