Position Title: Senior Administrative Support / Project Information Specialist
Focus Areas: Facilities Support, Audio‑Visual Management, Conference amp; Training Room Operations, Business Center Management
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite at USTDA Headquarters)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract Award
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required
Position Overview
D2 Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Support / Project Information Specialist to provide comprehensive facilities coordination, conference and training room support, business center oversight, and audio‑visual services. This role supports administrative systems, assists staff, enhances operational processes, and ensures seamless event and room operations across the agency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of facilities, conference rooms, training rooms, and the business center
  • Provide onsite audio‑visual troubleshooting and technical support for meetings and events
  • Create, edit, and manage presentations and other audio‑visual content
  • Set up conference, board, and training rooms to meet event requirements
  • Implement and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend process improvements
  • Deliver training and technical assistance to staff on systems and procedures
  • Support information and records management activities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of administrative management or related professional experience
  • Experience with organizational procedures, program evaluation, staff training, and process improvement
  • Hands‑on experience with conference room setup, facilities coordination, and audio‑visual troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of information and records management practices
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, information management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in facilities management, AV technology, or information management preferred
