This highly visible position serves as the face of the office, ensuring conference facilities and guest services are maintained to the firm's highest standards. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities for Guest Services & Conference Specialist

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and attorneys, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, meeting schedules, and room setups for internal and external events.
  • Arrange catering, audiovisual equipment, and meeting materials to ensure seamless execution of meetings and presentations.
