Ghost Rock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for an Administrative Manager to support our client in Crane, Indiana.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support services to organizations
  • Manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal..
  • Implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service.
  • Acquire, distribute, and store supplies.
  • Dispose of surplus property and oversee the disposal of unclaimed property
  • Coordinate the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization.

Requirements:
  • US Citizen
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • CURRENT Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain an agency clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience
  • Preferred experience with DOW or Federal Government
