Job Title: Community Manager (PM)Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community Manager to oversee programming at our office property, enhancing the experience for tenants and visitors. This is a contract-only position for short-term leave, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will bring a hospitable personality, exceptional business acumen, and tech-savviness to manage events focused on the life-science industry and provide exemplary concierge services.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage programming to foster a sense of community among tenants and visitors.
  • Oversee conference and event spaces, ensuring smooth operation and satisfaction.
  • Manage the admin portal of the property app, ensuring brand consistency and promoting usage.
  • Plan and execute social and networking events, specifically targeting the life-science industry.
  • Design and produce internal marketing collateral for property programming and events.
  • Serve as an informational resource, assisting tenants with event, meeting, and service arrangements.
  • Negotiate contracts with local vendors for optimal pricing and services.
  • Maintain accurate reports detailing client requests and billing services to tenants.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $49.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
