THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist at Aria, you'll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you'll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests' visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Bellagio experience. THE STARTING RATE: $15.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
  • Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
  • Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
  • Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
  • Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
  • Spa or salon experience is preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
