Now we are adding to our services by offering a newly created Outsourced Conference Benefits Officer option.

The Outsourced Conference Benefits Officer (OCBO) will be responsible for managing a client's Wespath-sponsored benefit programs, services, and communications, and providing consultative services in support of Wespath offerings. The position will be responsible for both day-to-day benefit administration work as well as acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the client plan sponsor helping leaders, clergy, and participants navigate important decisions with confidence.


What you'll do:

  • Serve as a primary advisor to Annual Conferences, clergy, and participants on benefit programs and services.
  • Manage Wespath benefit administration processes including enrollment, transitions, and retirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with conference leadership, including bishops and finance teams.
  • Deliver education through webinars, consultations, and events.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance, maintain accurate data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
