• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing pertinent patient history, performing specific assessments, and documenting results to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate assessment findings and proposed treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting for recovery.
• Implement treatment protocols while demonstrating proficiency and adaptability to evolving healthcare settings, ensuring care responds to the patient’s presentation and specific needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, assessing for any changes in patient conditions and modifying care plans accordingly.
• Complete thorough discharge planning and ensure effective follow-up care while documenting all patient care activities with precision and timeliness.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills by maintaining accurate scheduling and meeting productivity targets, paving the way for seamless clinic operations.
• Contribute to the development and achievement of departmental objectives, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.

Our physical therapists work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. Master’s or Doctorate level education is preferred but not essential.
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care management.

Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is highly desirable, particularly with a focus on orthopedic physical therapy, sports medicine, or geriatric populations. Familiarity with specialized treatment modalities and innovative rehabilitation technologies will set you apart as a candidate.
