The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in new development of townhome construction on 2-3-story buildings. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of relevant work experience who can effectively manage all aspects of on-site construction operations for upcoming several hundred units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for townhome projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
