A condominium superintendent is a building maintenance professional responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general management of a condominium property. Their duties often include addressing tenant maintenance requests, performing routine inspections, supervising cleaning and security staff, and ensuring that the building complies with safety regulations. Superintendents may also coordinate with contractors for larger repairs and act as a point of contact between residents and property management. Their role is crucial in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for condominium residents.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a condominium superintendent?
