Superintendent position for Luxury Residential Condominium
Position Overview:
The Superintendent is responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, and building code compliance. The primary goal of this position is to provide a safe and adequate living/working environment for resident owners, tenants and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to handle and manage building concerns and maintenance issues.
  • Must be capable of handling basic carpentry assignments
  • Must perform custodial assignments to keep property organized and clean
  • Must keep good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.

Desired Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance position
  • Previous Superintendent position preferred
  • Valid US licenses and/or Certifications (boiler, standpipe, etc.) a plus but not needed
