Green Hill Condominiums is a friendly community of 543 condominium apartments situated on 23 beautifully wooded and landscaped acres in Wynnewood, PA. The Green Hill Condominiums is managed by First Services Management Company, under the oversight of the Green Hill Board of Directors. We are currently seeking people to join our Concierge Team. The Concierge at Green Hill Condominium is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This individual will handle a variety of tasks, including greeting guests, assisting with requests, coordinating services, and ensuring that all aspects of the building run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist residents with various requests, including arranging transportation, booking reservations, and providing local recommendations.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding building amenities, services, and policies.
  • Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
  • Coordinate with building maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Assist with package deliveries and ensure they are properly logged and delivered to the appropriate recipients.
  • Provide support to residents in need of concierge services such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and coordinating event arrangements.
  • Ensure that common areas are well-maintained and report any issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the building management team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or residential settings.
