About the Role: The Maintenance Technician (Level A) is a highly skilled industrial maintenance professional responsible for maximizing the performance, uptime, and reliability of manufacturing equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient operations while supporting product quality and cost-effectiveness. Working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, you will apply precision maintenance practices, advanced troubleshooting, and continuous improvement strategies to keep operations running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment.
  • Maintain mechanical systems such as bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, and pulleys.
  • Service conveyors, piping systems, and utility systems (steam, air, water).
  • Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues affecting safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Identify root causes of failures and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Restore equipment to safe operating condition quickly and efficiently.

Proactive Maintenance Execution
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and component replacements.

Technical Skills
