Vibration Analyst - ISO Category II (Asset Health & Reliability)
Augusta, GA | 25% Travel (North America)
At ANDRITZ, we deliver innovative solutions that power the industries shaping the future. We are seeking a Vibration Analyst (ISO Category II) to join our reliability team and play a key role in improving asset performance and preventing equipment failures in a complex Pulp & Paper environment.
If you have hands-on experience in predictive maintenance and enjoy combining field work with data-driven analysis, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on uptime, safety, and operational performance.
What You'll Do
  • Collect, validate, and analyze vibration data on rotating equipment to detect developing faults
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve reliability and reduce downtime
  • Support root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive maintenance efforts
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance and reliability teams in a hands-on, field-based environment
  • Maintain accurate records within vibration software and asset health systems
  • Assist with setup and verification of online condition monitoring systems
  • Identify equipment conditions such as unbalance, misalignment, and looseness
  • Participate in a weekend duty rotation to support urgent equipment evaluations as needed
  • Follow ANDRITZ safety standards and ISO 18436-2 guidelines

What You Bring
  • ISO Category II Vibration Certification (required)
  • Experience performing vibration analysis on rotating equipment in an industrial setting
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (ultrasound, thermography) is a plus
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a heavy industrial / mill environment
  • Professional, composed approach in high-pressure or urgent situations
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across North America
