About the Company

Our client is a well-established concrete contracting company specializing in turnkey cast-in-place concrete projects. They work on projects of varying size and complexity and are known for their collaborative approach, strong project execution, and commitment to quality from pre-construction through completion.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator with a strong background in concrete construction estimating. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing budgets, analyzing project costs, and supporting successful project delivery through effective coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete construction projects

  • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents

  • Develop and manage project budgets and cost projections

  • Price project changes, change orders, and scope revisions

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams

  • Monitor project costs and maintain quality and scheduling expectations

  • Assist in pre-construction planning and bid preparation

  • Maintain organized estimating documentation and reporting

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in concrete construction

  • Strong knowledge of cast-in-place concrete projects and construction estimating practices
