The Opportunity:

You will take direct ownership of high-impact commercial concrete projects from initial preconstruction through final closeout. This role gives you the autonomy to manage budgets, drive field operations, and deliver exceptional quality alongside a supportive, team-first crew. You will play a vital role in building lasting community infrastructure while advancing your long-term construction career.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Drive project financial outcomes by controlling budgets, tracking costs, and managing change orders.
  • Partner with field superintendents and foremen to keep job sites safe, on schedule, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Oversee critical project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and contracts with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, general contractors, and sub-tier partners.
  • Identify potential project risks early and implement effective, practical solutions on-site.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in concrete construction
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and manage project plans, specifications, and schedules independently.
  • Proven track record of managing project budgets, financial tracking, and commercial contracts.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 30% for local project needs.
