1 year Commercial Construction Laborer experience or 3 years Residential Construction Experience preferred.

  • Perform tasks involving physical labor at commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
  • May clean and prepare sites, assist craft workers on interior construction tasks, clean up rubble and debris.
  • May assist other craft workers. Extended periods of standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
  • Wage is negotiated as part of the hiring process and is based on relevant Experience. $16.00 per hour
