As a Foreman, you will lead and supervise skilled crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities- Supervise and lead concrete crews in all aspects of foundation work, including footings, slabs, walls, and structural pours.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Service Managers, and other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee site preparation, layout, forming, rebar placement, and concrete placement/finishing.
