Toyota of Portland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group,ย is looking to hire aย Full-Time Courtesy Car Concierge.ย We are seeking a candidate who is friendly, articulate, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player who demonstrates outstanding communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and provides an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities.

This position pays $19 per hour.ย ย All employees subject to eligibilityย requirements, we offer the following benefits:

The Courtesy Car Concierge is responsible for managing the dealershipโ€™s loaner vehicle program to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly experience. This role involves coordinating loaner vehicle check-outs and returns, maintaining accurate records, inspecting vehicles, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the service departmentโ€™s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet service customers and assist with loaner vehicle requests
  • Verify customer eligibility, driverโ€™s license, insurance, and required documentation
  • Prepare and process loaner agreements accurately and efficiently
  • Check loaner vehicles in and out using dealership systems
  • Perform vehicle walk-around inspections before and after each loan
  • Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use
  • Coordinate with service advisors regarding vehicle availability and return times
  • Monitor loaner fleet usage and report issues, damages, or overdue returns
  • Arrange vehicle cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as needed
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership policies
  • Provide clear instructions to customers regarding loaner vehicle use and return
  • Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience

Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: phone, switchboard, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, postage machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers.

Physical Demands: Frequent twisting and/or turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects, intermittent standing, walking and sitting, infrequent stooping, knelling, crouching, and lifting of 10lbs or less.
