Do you have a knack for making people feel welcome? Are you friendly, polished, dependable, and the kind of person who notices the little things?

Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for a full-time Concierge for a luxury high-rise condominium in Portland’s Pearl District. As the face of the building, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for residents and their guests while keeping the front desk organized, professional, and running smoothly.

And here's a perk you don't see every day: this is a full-time position working just three days per week—with four days off!

YOUR SCHEDULE

• Thursday: 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Friday: 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Respond to resident questions and requests and help create a welcoming, service-focused environment.
• Manage packages, deliveries, calls, emails, and front-desk communications.
• Monitor building access and follow established security procedures.
• Manage reservations for building amenities, guest suites, and event spaces.
• Maintain resident and visitor records and assist with building notices and communications.
• Coordinate with vendors and building staff as needed.
• Help keep the concierge desk and lobby polished, organized, and welcoming.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• A friendly, professional demeanor and genuine commitment to excellent service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle competing priorities.
• Comfort using computers and office software.
• Experience with building access/security procedures or property management software is a plus.
