Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Package Room Attendant to manage the package room in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone with a background in security and customer service who enjoys maintaining organization and ensuring smooth package handling for residents. While concierge experience is a plus, it is not required for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the package room, ensuring a secure and organized environment.
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages efficiently to residents.
  • Verify resident identities and maintain accurate records of package pickups.
  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding deliveries, lost packages, and inquiries.
  • Work closely with building management, security, and delivery personnel to streamline package handling.
  • Monitor package room security, ensuring compliance with building policies.
  • Assist with resolving package-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly package room space.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in security and/or customer service is required.
  • Familiarity with residential buildings or concierge services is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high package volumes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and vendors.
  • Basic computer skills for logging package information.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed and use tools such as a dolly.

Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Saturday- Monday 9am-5pm Package Room (24 hours) (Optional shift if seeking additional hours) Tuesday 11pm-7am as concierge officer (8 hours)
