  • Articulated tradeoffs between speed, depth, and clinical risk to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Independently carried out drafting of specialty pharmacy content

After 12 months you will have:

  • Prepared research outputs that support early-stage policy development and clinical strategy discussions.
  • Identified potential opportunities or risks associated with new technologies, clinical practices, or reimbursement trends.
  • Collaborated with Clinical leadership to inform clinical prioritization and evidence interpretation.
  • Partnered with Analytics to identify relevant claims trends and market signals.
  • Supported Content and Clinical teams by providing structured research outputs that inform policy development.
  • Ideated innovative approaches for more efficient monitoring and updating of Concertโ€™s evidence reviews and market landscaping.
  • Become a go-to resource within the company for questions about Concertโ€™s evidence reviews and market monitoring

WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS

  • Research and Analytical Thinking Ability to synthesize complex clinical and market information into clear insights
  • Intellectual Curiosity Strong interest in tracking emerging medical technologies, guidelines, and reimbursement trends
  • Technical Bravery You are comfortable with new technologies and eager to dive in to understand data in raw and in processed states. You like learning about new technologies and diagnostics.
  • Comfort with ambiguity You arenโ€™t afraid of uncertainty and blazing new trails, you care about building towards a future that is different from today.
  • Effective Communication You build rapport and great working relationships with senior leaders, peers, and use the relationships youโ€™ve built to drive the company forward. You can present research findings clearly and concisely for cross-functional teams
  • Executes well You are biased to action and get things done. You acknowledge unknowns and recover from setbacks well. You can demonstrate precision in reviewing literature, documenting evidence sources, and maintaining research outputs
  • Mission-focused Youโ€™re personally motivated to drive more affordable, equitable, and effective integration of diagnostic technologies into clinical care and are coming in with relevant experience aligned with this mission.

HOW WE WORK

At Concert, the following Guiding Principles drive our work:

Listen intently. Think clearly.

We listen to understand and make thoughtful decisions. In this role, that means learning from clinicians, engineers, analysts, and partners before acting.

Act courageously. Admit mistakes.

We act boldly while remaining honest about what works and what does not. We learn quickly and improve systems openly.

Keep promises. Keep going.

Trust is built by following through. This role requires reliable execution, clear communication, and consistent delivery.

HOW THESE GUIDING PRINCIPLES SHOW UP IN THIS ROLE

  • Listening across disciplines: Incorporates insights from clinical experts, analysts, and industry sources when synthesizing research.
  • Turning complexity into clarity: Distills complex literature and policy changes into actionable insights.
  • Raising issues early: Flags emerging risks, guideline changes, or market developments before they affect operations.
  • Improving systems, not relying on heroics: Helps develop structured monitoring frameworks that reduce reliance on ad hoc research.

WHY THIS ROLE IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY

Healthcare policy and reimbursement are changing rapidly as new diagnostics, technologies, and clinical practices emerge.

This role sits at the intersection of research, clinical insight, and strategy helping Concert anticipate change rather than react to it.

For candidates who enjoy connecting clinical evidence, policy trends, and market developments into actionable insight, this role provides the opportunity to influence how new areas of healthcare policy and technology evolve within a growing platform.
