Site Manager CSA Global LLC Site Manager Camp Atterbury, IN Job Type Full-time Description Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Site Manager to support our program at Camp Atterbury, IN. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon award. How Role will make an impact: * The SM works on premise at each MTC during operating hours and has decision making authority for the execution at the MTC.
  • Works collaboratively and in concert with the MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical missions.
  • Provides status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.
Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC as well as for overall regional scheduling, and management coordination, oversees training execution, and manages contractor continuing education/training. Requirements What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team: Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or MEL4 equivalent level military schooling.
  • At least 10 years of supervisory experience with a background in military training and training support, logistics and property management
  • Experience in operations and training requirements at Division or higher level;
  • Served as a Battalion or Brigade Commander or S3 and have a full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
