Your New Role...

The CNN Global Productions team is seeking a creative and strategic professional to help develop innovative, revenue-driving sponsorship opportunities across CNN's platforms. Working closely with editorial, advertising sales, and audience development teams, this role will create cross-platform concepts that connect brands with CNN's world-class content and audiences. The ideal candidate enjoys shaping compelling proposals, contributing to high-profile pitches, and bringing new ideas to life.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Develop innovative, revenue-driving sponsorship concepts and integrated storytelling opportunities that align with CNN's brand and business objectives
  • Lead the development of mid-level pitch opportunities and contribute to high-profile client proposals in partnership with editorial and sales teams.
  • Create engaging cross-platform programs across linear, digital, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, audience development, and research partners to identify audience insights and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all concepts, proposals, and programs reflect CNN's editorial standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Provide strategic input on content trends, media opportunities, and sponsorship approaches to support business growth.
  • Leverage research and audience insights to identify opportunities, strengthen proposals, and measure concept performance.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $137,900.00 - $256,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
