We are seeking a Temp Senior Designer, Color Concept with a strong point of view. In this role, you will translate seasonal fashion trends into distinctive color stories across Anthropologie apparel brands, building focused palettes that support all categories with clarity and cohesion. You will partner closely with the Concept team to align color direction and ensure consistency from early trend research through concept development, bringing a refined creative vision to color.

  • Tools & Communication: Prepares and manages color tools (palettes, guides, recaps) for seasonal milestones with accuracy, clearly communicating intent to support cross-functional alignment.
  • Color Consistency & Standards: Upholds color standards across development, ensuring consistency from concept through execution, including alignment to Pantone systems and production requirements.
  • Presentation & Design Voice: Presents color direction with clarity and confidence, articulating creative intent and influencing cross-functional partners through a strong, refined point of view.

  • Manager: Aligns on seasonal direction and priorities. Owns communication and ensures follow-through across deliverables.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production-ready file standards. Confident operating within shared digital systems and cross-functional workflows.
  • Color Expertise: Fluent in Pantone systems across creative and production settings.
  • AI Application: Uses AI to enhance ideation, visual storytelling, and presentations while maintaining strong creative authorship and brand alignment.
