Position Summary Credence has an immediate need for Conference Planning and Meeting Initiatives personnel to support Air Force Cryptographic Modernization efforts by helping identify capability gaps, assess vulnerabilities in COMSEC and cryptographic systems, and develop recommendations, requirements, and strategic plans for modernized solutions across air, ground, space, cyber, and weapons platforms. The position also supports roadmap development, architecture and requirements documentation, compliance tracking, fielding strategies, and leadership briefings related to enterprise cryptographic modernization Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: * Participate in meetings, progress reviews, integrated teams, working groups, etc. * Draft, edit, and review a variety of correspondence and documentation, primarily using Microsoft Office applications. * Provide information management, records management, scheduling functions, and meeting/conference support. * Prepare briefing/training materials and present briefings/trainings. * Liaise and coordinate with personnel at all levels inside and outside the organization. * Provide awareness of new/evolving requirements and recommendations for integration. * Provide support for planning, programming, tracking, and financial execution. * Prepare information papers, point papers, background papers, and staff studies. Task-Specific Responsibilities * Host Government and inter-agency conferences, symposiums, High-Performance Team (HPT) events, user forums, or workshops, based on Government approval and authorization. Provide planning for formal and informal requirements-gathering conferences and meetings supporting HQ CCC crypto/Cyber programs and initiatives, up to and including Formal Requirement document development efforts. Conduct pre-event planning, on-site coordination, proctoring or presentations, post-event activities, and development of secure CM topics focused on Research & Development, Science and Technology, or the technical advancement of Cyber missions.
* Pre-event planning shall include site selection, development and distribution of announcements, creation of the agenda and materials to accomplish the event, and registration, as requested by the Government. On-site coordination shall include attendee check-in, security issue resolution, document control, recording minutes, tracking open action items, and coordination with the host facility. Post-event efforts shall include developing and delivering conference proceedings, pursuing action items to closure, and generating a lesson-learned report. Requirements * TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
* Minimum of 2 years of advanced staff experience planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with leading cross-functional teams using an existing Task Management Tool (TMT) or other staff coordination standards, document reviews, program updates, and background papers to drive the adoption of critical recommendations.
