Job description

Overhead Crane Coil Loader

Location: Rockford, IL

Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Day Shift: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F, some Saturdays

Up to $1000/week

Responsibilities
  • Overhead Crane Coil Loader working 4 machines in a Steel Stamping Warehouse
  • Order material from the steel bays
  • Stage for production
  • Load the coils on the machines utilizing Overhead Cranes
  • Update computer systems as required.
Required Skills

Proficient in (not just regular experience):

  1. Must have Overhead Crane experience (specifically with heavy loads).
  2. Experience with scanners and computers for inventory and ordering materials.

Helpful experience:

  1. Worked in industry / manufacturing before
  2. Sit down propane Forklift Experience a plus
