Position summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards while leading and motivating a team.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
  • Assist Operations Manager by fulfilling job duties assigned.
  • Receive and unload containers by providing direction to warehouse personnel.
  • Ship goods to customers by providing direction to warehouse personnel.
  • Research any paperwork discrepancies or container issues
  • Ensure timely product flow throughout the shipping process.
  • Provide training to warehouse personnel.
  • Manage employee work performance and attendance, providing feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure an organized work environment.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Nonessential functions:
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
