  • Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health record (EHR) systems to support continuity of care.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies and enhance therapeutic approaches.
  • Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions, ensuring respect and dignity for all individuals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing varying degrees of psychological distress. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
  • At least four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
