• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses and histories through one-on-one consultations and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address specific issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the needs of each client.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health record (EHR) systems to support continuity of care.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies and enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions, ensuring respect and dignity for all individuals.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing varying degrees of psychological distress. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex mental health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and addiction. Understanding and respecting cultural nuances will enable you to provide inclusive care that resonantly meets the needs of each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• At least four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, using culturally responsive practices.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, accompanied by a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other computer applications relevant for documentation and client management.
• A commitment to upholding professional boundaries and ethical guidelines in all interactions.

• Experience in community mental health settings or integrated healthcare models.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specifically for anxiety and mood disorders.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams or collaborative care initiatives.
